I personally think it's adorable that Substack promotes wholesome Creators like Foodies and Comic artists. Let's remember the pandemic hit Arts & Culture and the Restaurant industry among the hardest. I literally wish I had the time to explore more the alleys of Substack Food Newsletters, if anyone can recommend a few that would be lovely.

I love to cook and I used to be Gourmet cook.. now I lost my "vision.. well complicated: I have torn retinas so I rely on my memory. I have some amazing recipes to share.. :) and will come back to your reading room.. Sounds delish.
