It’s fascinating that the Substack Community and platform seems to be such a good fit for epistolary novels: with that in mind it would be amazing to see Dangerous Liasons on here as well......
If anyone ever did a "Dracula Daily" style newsletter version of "The Brothers Karamazov", that would be quite an experience. The first nine parts of that book (up to Dmitri's interrogation) take place over the space of only eight days.
There's a Beyond the Wizard read along happening in 2023 taking a deep dive into the 14 novels written by L. Frank Baum. https://beyondthewizard.substack.com
I’m excited for Watson and the Penny Dreadfuls. I’m a big fan of Holmes. I will read the stories and watch the hell out of any film or television adaptations.
While I haven’t read classic penny dreadfuls, there was an interesting show that premiered for a few seasons starring Eva Green, Rory Kinnear, Timothy Dalton, Josh Harnett and the irreplaceable Helen McCrory.
I'm so glad to see Werther Rewritten featured on here! Also thank you for making us more aware of the other publications so we can network and lift each other up :)

The whole of Mrs. Dalloway, one of the books on this list, takes place over the course of one single day. Perhaps you'd be interested in that.

Yes I saw this when researching images. Looks like it could be good! (Eva Green would totally fit a film of this genre!)
