Thanks Ben. It is interesting how liberating the Internet can be for writers. I came across something last week about a newspaper in the US which decided to axe its sports section. In the past this would have put papers sports writer out of work and looking for a new job. Now he has set up his own subscription business and he's still writing about sports. Not only is he now his own boss but there will be no more hassle from the editor about stories being cut. He now deals directly with his audience and can give them what they want.
