My comment was intended to inform that interruptions from phones and tablets must be managed by users to ensure the user controls interruptions and annoyance rather than ignoring them or turning them off. Work, including writing can be accomplished on phones but loss of input, here so easy and simple, discounts Substack as a valid publishing tool. Input on on the web and in apps can be preserved until completion but not here, unfortunately.
