When the reader goes into their "Account" page, the top "main" newsletter should include all the other "sections" by default so if only that box is ticked the reader gets all the sections. Currently the reader would get none of the posts if all posts are put into individual sections when publishing and the reader only ticked the "main" newsletter box (and unticked all the other sections). The reader Account view should display the "main" newsletter page on top with the other sections nested underneath it, so that it is clear that the sections are subsections of the "main" newsletter.
