I intend to keep publication for free for the foreseeable future, and would love to have the subscribers' retention stats as well. I believe that this is only currently available for paid publications, and I think it's valuable for free publications to have this stats too.
I want to invite 20 specific friends (OFF-SOCIAL MEDIA) to consider subscribing to my new Newsletter. Can I send a PERSONAL EMAIL to them with a link to my Substack newsletter so they can check it out and subscribe if they want to, when they get to my site?? What code or link should I use?

That being said, as someone new to Substack, I'm struggling with some features because the customer service doesn't respond to my questions and emails. I uploaded my podcast, but it won't appear as a separate section on the navigation bar. Does anyone know how to fix this? I can't find an article for this.

I’m not getting embed feature to work. Is their a help page detailing exactly how to do it? I put a link in my last newsletter and it just stayed a text link. A few more details please.
I did exactly that and it did not work. I think this feature is not ready for release if you did not even have help files ready. It’s possible that you are reaching feature creep if you’re putting buggy stuff out there without documentation. And I really want this to work.
I'm curious to know if anyone has experiences to share with Boost? I turned on paid about four months ago, so I haven't really played around with Boost. If you've used Boost, I'd love to hear what you think.
Also, just to clarify about the automated Boost email that sends upgrade offers to the "most engaged" readers. Is that only 4-star readers, or does that include 3-star too?
These are all nice things. I was especially happy with the new embedding but, it's not working as shown in the GIF. The little menu on the right to edit them is not showing. Am I doing something wrong, or is it not working properly?
This is excellent news, thank you. I cannot seem to post the link to my book... it says 'error: invalid user link' but it is just a link to amazon which I have posted many other places. Also, the book icon is not lit up in color like the other icons are. Can you help me out please?
