Shameless self-plug: y'all should check us out. We write about the downside of markets. Here is our latest post on Carvana. On the surface it's a tech-enabled used car marketplace. Dig deeper and it's a deeply troubled highly-indebted sh*tshow that may not make it through 2023 without a bankruptcy that turns ownership over from public stockholders to Apollo Global Management, a PE firm. This is the type of stuff we write about and we do it in an accessible snarky voice: https://petition.substack.com/p/carvana?s=w
Hi! Introducing myself here because I write about business, albeit it from the lifestyle and culture angle. I'm Anna and I write the A-Mail newsletter, where I chronicle the lessons I've learned about building a sustainable career as a freelance writer. I write about my feelings as much as I do my financials, because I believe that work makes us all feel kind of weird sometimes. Thought I'd shout myself out here because, all too often, when we think about "business and finance" writing, we think about companies and markets, but it can be so much more than that imho. So here I am, representing the soft skills 🤓
I write about crypto and macro-economics mainly to give traders larger scale directions of the markets as a whole based on central bank policy. I put out 2-3 articles a week and also do deep dives on crypto protocols with guides for absolutely new people as well as for those a bit more advanced that want to delve directly into DeFi.
Hi! My name is Jordan. Over the pandemic, I discovered my love for personal finance and helping people achieve their money goals through saving and investing. I enjoy interviewing people on their money lives and come from a viewpoint that it's only one portion of our entire lives. All people from different backgrounds are welcomed and my substack aims to break down the conversation around money in our lives.
Can't make the shout-out thread due to timezone differences... but do check out Value Investing Substack - the premier place for all things Warren Buffett and ASEAN stocks (i.e. the next China)!
I write a weekly newsletter on the basics of economics. We apply these ideas to lots of topics but especially common is crypto/DeFi https://pricetheory.substack.com/
If you are not subscribed to Joachim's Klement's newsletter you are missing out! Joachim is brilliant. When I read his writing I feel like I am inside a NY city boardroom discussing investing for a pension fund.
Second of course is my own. Unique ideas backed by interesting research. Actionable Market Insights for better investment decision making. I share portfolio updates and individual stock research. Get it here->
Hey, I'm Geraint and I write 1-minute Wonders. Every post is designed to be read in 1-minute or less. So there are no wasted words.
If you love the TLDR or cliff notes of everything (like me), you'll love it.
One post that people seem to love is 'The Death of Subscription Businesses' that I wrote 10 days before Netflix announced their first ever loss of subscribers.
One of my favourites is 'The Art of the Sh*t Sandwich'. You'll see why when you read it. ;)
As for recommendations, I'd have to say 'Bottom Up' by David Sacks is a must read.
I started out a few months back, but never found time to be regular with my content (student life). But here I am with a long summer break ahead of me and final exams behind me. I published my last article 2 days back, and since then my subscribers have tripled!!!!!
I write on a range of topics centred around economics, finance and geopolitics. Feedback is welcome. Would love to collaborate and connect.

My name is Harry and I am based in the Dominican Republic.
My substack is called "From the desk of Harry Heinsen" it is my weekly outlet for talking about investing, personal finance and business. I love sharing my point of view on what is going on in the business world and sharing new skills and tools that I pick up and help me grow in my own businesses.

We write a daily newsletter about Capitalism and Politics, called Regarding Journalism. We sprinkle a dose of our own brand of quirky but functional technical analysis on our political stories. Doing this, we try not to be ambiguous but arrive straight to the point. Our other aim is to stay scientific and methodical in our medium and long term commentaries on the markets of stocks, commodities and crypto. We pride ourselves on being neutral, academic and significant and we do not pull any punches. http://rejournalism.substack.com
Financial headlines make for a difficult market to navigate-- my newsletter focuses on technical analysis to read the market direction. I review the major indices every Sunday to aid in determining which way the wind is blowing-- and weave in my own portfolio selections throughout as ideas for consideration.
My name is Jeff Meade. My publication is the Agency Playbook where I write for business leaders who are looking to grow and scale creative agencies. The insights are transferable across industries but my readership is primarily people leading a marketing communications business.
You can find a lot of write-ups about big and common known companies. That‘s why i focus on my substack on underfollowed and under-the-radar stocks that you probably never heard of.
I’ll give a self-plug and who I think is the best read out there for investing in unique markets in these times. As a trained economist who has spent my career on Wall Street, I write on emerging global macro trends and how to accurately read the fast-changing environment to help investors make wise decisions to succeed in any environment.
As far as which writer I enjoy and brings the most value, I’d certainly have to give that to Doomberg. Incredible read and a lot of value in the energy and commodities markets.
I write, coach and consult on Blind Spots in business. You know them...the things we don't see, but eventually become evident when an unexpected results ensues. There is always something just below the surface, things most people just don't notice until it's too late. My expertise is to find these and show them to you.
Hello! I write about philanthropy and nonprofit management at my newsletter. It has seen steady growth the past few months and I am grateful that it has collected a bit of a following.
I'm in the UK, where there has been some diabolical financial developments of late. I don't know anyone else who is writing about this stuff, and so have decided to fill the gap myself. I'd like to connect with UK people, so we can share the load... This is what I've written this week: Windfall Tax On Record Profits Whilst We Bleed! Are They Having A Laugh?
I missed the thread today, but wanted to drop a nod to Karlstack. He's an economist who writes about corruption in business and academia and has some pretty impressive sources.
One of his pieces was actually referenced during congressional testimony over here in the United States. I'm not in the econ or business worlds, but Karl is great at writing from the layman's perspective and never gets bogged down in jargon.
Hi! I write about market-related or financial news, as well as things that have intrigued me in class or in life. It's a mix of personal reflections and market-based reflections!
Hey everyone! 👋 I’m a fintech geek who got heavily interested in crypto / DeFi space last year. my newsletter is a biweekly updated for people similar to me - who are familiar with TradFi (fintech) and are eager to learn more about the new global economy (new payments rails?) built on the top of crypto :) No trading, no shilling meme coins, no NFTs. A lot about fintech x crypto space.
Hello! I do a pre-market analysis of the S&P500 every day and a Sunday Post on the general markets & the different sectors. As a trader/investor it is extremely important to be prepared before the financial markets open and my newsletter helps to guide your trading decisions on a daily basis.
I like to give a shoutout to CWS Market Review - https://cws.substack.com/, which is a newsletter on Wall Street with lot´s of great insights.

Skimming Windfalls From Fuel Sector To Fund Preferred Benefactors...? https://rachelwild.substack.com/p/windfall-tax-on-record-profits-whilst?s=w ... and... UK Government Threatens To Privatise Passport Office & Driving License Agency Due To 10 Week Backlog
No mention of failed Track & Trace & interminable waiting lists for medical provisions... https://rachelwild.substack.com/p/uk-government-threatens-to-privatise?s=w ... Thanks x x

A lot about fintech x crypto space.
