I subscribe to many people and some of the subscriptions are paid. Recently, all my subscriptions were transferred to a friend. It was not her fault. I tried to alert Support and was told that Support had moved. Support did move to becoming a stupid Chat-Bot who could and would do nothing about the situation. I eventually told one of the people I was subscribed to about it, and somehow I was able to get all my subscriptions back. But, I lost almost all of my Followers. I now have only three.
Another extremely vexing development is the CENSORSHIP. If I reply to anyone's Substack email address, Substack sends the email back to me and tells me to get a Substack account and/or leave Comments. I already have a Substack account and sometimes feedback needs to be private. How dare you interfere in our correspondence with each other?? It is none of your business!! Is this Facebook (aka Fascistbuch), or the Communist States of America??
