Hi Careyleah. There is a place in the Settings > Team where you can add a second person. In our case, Kathy is a "Contributor". There are many good YouTube how-tos and Substack has a chat feature called Ask a Question that is very good at directing users to the right places. Here are the definitions for the team members.

Admin: Full publication access, including all settings
Contributor: Able to publish and edit posts, but can not access publication settings
Byline: Can be listed as an author on posts, but can not publish or access this dashboard
Public: Publicly listed as a contributor to this publication
Private: Not listed as a contributor to this publication
