Thanks so much for the chat. Bringing Letters of Note to Substack has not only been a thoroughly enjoyable experience but also a valuable one, as it's enabled me to reconnect with a whole bunch of readers I had gradually lost touch with over the years. So thank you! Oh, and while I'm here, please please please can you allow us to centre text??
I love 'Letters of Note'. It's a brilliant concept executed beautifully. So glad to see Shaun Usher highlighted here. And now I've been introduced to Austin Kleon, who does the one thing I warn creative writers not to do--publish lists--but again, he does it wonderfully.
This is what you do best, Substack: you introduce us to our community and encourage us to visit one another. And what a community it is!
Love this! I read the Art of Saying No letters and was thoroughly entertained. It’s something special to get words almost crafted by someone’s hands, to see their personality in the strokes.
This is a great reminder to put more personal touch into communication but also to subscribe. 🙂
I'm a letter carrier for Canada Post and I have to say this is just kind of fun for that side of me. I don't see a lot of personal cards when I'm delivering, but when I do see them it's always fun to let the imagination run wild. Thanks for posting!

On this day, your What to Read day, I will make sure our engineers and PMs see this request!
One of my ABSOLUTE favorite substacks!!!! Thank you, Mr. Usher!

Inspired me to pen a love letter, after more than 50 years, to my Bride and Valentine of more than 50 years.
