My only immediate suggestion is that you lodge a complaint with the store against Newsletters, LLC., and get them to remove Substack from their description. They come up first when you search for Substack.

P.S - Found an issue on iOS just now. If you go to the search, type something “eg: Startup”, scroll down, and click on a newsletter, it seems to be picking something 3-4 publications up. I.e - the icon isn’t lining up with the page you see next. Clicking on Startup Flyby gave me 99% tech. Hope this helps!
