Every change to substack deprioritizes open protocols and platforms and centers their own app. Deep down you really just want us to be in the substack walled garden rather than the social media one. It makes sense given the amount of VC money, but pretty disappointing to see it play out in real time.

I do not have an "Episodes Notes" section in my podcast settings, and since this switch, my entire written post has been showing up in the description box on Apple and Spotify. I have been in touch with Gavin at Substack since May 15 about this issue, and he cannot seem to find any answers as to why my Settings don't offer this section. Any help would be appreciated.

Can I upload a Zoom session to the Substack Podcast feature and have it only available for paid subscribers?

The new design looks great on the site!

Thank you for adding a distinct field for episode notes in the feed--I don't see the change live in the editor yet but I'm excited to play around with it and update my past episodes.

One request: can you please add a way for us to add our publicly distributed Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and other app links to that dropdown menu? It'd be great if they automatically showed up on our Podcasts tab as well. I know you have to balance this with promoting the private, individual feeds as well, but for those of us who choose to distribute feeds via those apps it's key that we're able to promote them to regular podcast listeners.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the recent podcast episode on "An Upgrade to the Podcast Episode Page." It was incredibly insightful and informative, and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to it.

Your dedication to improving the podcast experience is truly commendable, and I'm excited to see the enhancements you mentioned in the episode. Your innovative ideas are undoubtedly shaping the future of podcasting.

I'd like to offer a suggestion for making the podcast even more accessible to listeners: consider using the tool Spotify Downloader (https://www.spotifyguru.com/spotify-downloader/). It's an excellent resource that can help users download episodes for offline listening, making it easier for them to enjoy your content on the go. This tool has been a game-changer for me personally, and I believe it could benefit your audience as well.

Once again, thank you for your commitment to delivering outstanding content and continually striving for excellence. I eagerly look forward to future episodes and upgrades to the podcast page.

I’ve been a Patti Smith subscriber since she started in March of 2021 . However, last month I didn’t have enough money in my account to pay and my subscription to my e-mail address at diciannib@gmail.com was canceled. So this month, August, I had the money back in my account and re- subscribed, but was told that I couldn’t use the email address I had cause someone else already had it (me). So I used a second address, which is Diciannib1646@gmail. Com . But when I put the new one in, it tells me it’s wrong There is a mix-up going on with these email addresses going on I use the same bank card numbers for both. Can u please look into this for me so I can be subscribed again to Patti Smith please? Thank you Please send email I want to go back to using diciannib.@ gmail.com only when this is straightened out
