As a subscriber I might think that if I ticked that box (the name of the newsletter) I'm subscribing to ALL sections, when in fact I'm subscribing to none... and have to tick all the other sections to receive emails?
Yes, this is confusing. When the reader goes into their "Account" page, the top "main" newsletter should include all the other "sections" by default so if only that box is ticked the reader gets all the sections. Currently the reader would get none of the posts if all posts are put into individual sections when publishing and the reader only ticked the "main" newsletter box (and unticked all the other sections). The reader Account view should display the "main" newsletter page on top with the other sections nested underneath it, so that it is clear that the sections are subsections of the "main" newsletter.
The main newsletter, for me, is this page: https://moviewise.substack.com and it includes ALL the posts with the latest on top. So the main newsletter is not empty. I believe that my subscribers only subscribe to the main newsletter and they get all the sections.
