Does writing a mocking limerick/sea shanty about each of my referrers strike people as a good referral reward?

Itd be cool if Substack added their own native token system imagine staking tokens toward content creators and receive art collectibles

What a fun new feature! I also appreciate the template announcement you provided. I used that as a starting point and customized it to my audience but left Substack's preset referral tiers alone for now.

Could you please confirm that my addition of the following is accurate (assuming that I didn't change any referral settings)? Thank you!

Love it! Been waiting for this for a while! :D

I would like to add a suggestion-- Could you add another option so we can unlock specific post(s) from the paid section as a reward for referrals? Right now it would require embedding the entire post into the email manually or storing it in another format (eg: pdf).

This would be especially great as a first reward to provide readers with a taste of the paid content.

Thank you for this pos, as I'm trying to get started, and trying to learn best practices and unique takes! I honestly don't know where in the world to find help here on Substack. I am having some tech difficulty in the set up. I hear there is something called Office Hours, but I don't see it anywhere ANYWHERE on the home page. I feel lost in this platform frankly. Can someone guide me? I did find that I can post a ticket and i did that to their email but haven't heard back. I am assuming there's a community ask area? I've been finding some help on subreddits, but frankly the lack of a "space" here on Substack itself to post questions for set up or tech difficulties to the community is a little shocking. I would appreciate anyone who can help me. I

Julie: Like you I’m new to the Substack platform. Your comments and suggestions here are right on the button. I love the Substack notion. But, we could use a little more assistance in accessing and utilizing the entire platform. A few more guideposts—like Italian police on small raised blocks equipped with white gloves, a whistle and the excellent Italian non verbal language/communication!! Again Julie, excellent comment/suggestion!! Keep it up!! Best, corky

If we're offering a PDF or course access, how do we deliver that? Does Substack have a way for this to be automatic. I can see where to post the benefits and send an email telling people they're reached the plateau, but don't know how delivery is handled.

I really want to do this! But anyone help with 2 questions: 1. Where are you posting / how do you post a pdf file. The only solution I can come up with is on my website. 2. How do you release a copy of your e-book. I have one and the second will be done shortly. How do you make that "coupon" for the ebook?
