Hey! You need to enable UPI payments in India. UPI would increase subscribers in India. Please do something about it.

Hi Nadia, I have connected my Stripe account to one of my Substacks (https://curatedspace.substack.com). While charging people in Indian currency works fine, if I switch the currency to $, the payment doesn’t work with the exact same card!

My audience is both global and Indian, and so I want being able to charge in $ as the default. Please help!

Alternately, can people outside of India pay in INR? That wouldn’t be ideal but would still better than the situation now.

Hi.. is the minimum amount that I charge my subscribers is still INR equivalent of 5$? It would be great if I can charge my subscribers around Rs 99/- per month and not around Rs. 350.

Hello! So I just launched by substack today ( ashishshakya.substack.com ) While many people have been able to pay just fine, some issues have cropped up with several others. For instance, a lot of people who had payments decline are showing up as free subscribers now, which I understand is standard procedure for these matters. But how long would it take for you to get back to them via email and have them retry payments? These are people who have reached out to me and are ready to pay, so as you can imagine, the delay is pretty frustrating for me and them, especially at the time of launch.

Also because of this, I don't know how many of the people under the free list are scheduled to be converted to paying customers, and how many are people who have actually only signed up for the free service? Could you please help me out with this as soon as possible? I'd really appreciate it. Thank you :)
