Quite the cornucopia of writers, if you don't mind the weak pun no one asked for. I'd add one other food writer to this list: Alison East, who writes "Editor & Chef" out of Austin, Texas. My wife and I both enjoy the newsletter for East's obsessive detail-by-detail cooking mind, but also for its insight into her young family and Christian faith.
